A complex day on the ODT today, 25K, with an extra loop early on. The going was extremely tough at the end and I probably walked ~2k/ hour, extremely steep ups and downs x5. A very sad good bye to my very special friend Deb this morning and a hello to my darling sister this evening . The walk was tough and I am beat. So just some pics of the day.
